Kazuya Mino

Kazuya Mino is Usami's direct subordinate who frequently accompanies him during the Simurian diplomatic process. He acts as a sounding board for senior officials, often voicing concerns or asking questions that allow higher-ups to explain their reasoning. Despite being relatively low-ranked, he is assigned the impossible task of locating Yuji Itadori, coming face to face with the legendary sorcerer in a moment of dark comedy when he realizes Yuji has been sitting right next to his informant.
